nova series

Lohia's nova represents a new generation of looms for weaving tubular or flat fabric from PP/HDPE tapes. In these, the tension of warp tapes is regulated by load cell controlled positive warp in-feed system which controls the speed of the inlet rollers during weaving as per set tension. The fabric roll winder also has a load cell assisted drive to ensure uniform winding tension of the fabric throughout the build.

Available in two configurations of 6 and 10 shuttles, these looms offer solutions for weaving light weight as well as dense fabrics, of varying widths and a wide variety of end applications.

  • Higher working speed
  • Excellent weaving quality
  • Low energy consumption
  • Low maintenance costs
  • Operator friendly design
