LOFIL

LOHIA Group is pleased to introduce the new ‘LOFIL’ range of Spin-Draw-Wind (SDW) Machinery for Polypropylene Multifilament Yarns. The yarns produced on these machines can be used for variety of end uses, such as sportswear, upholstery, automotive interiors, industrial/ technical applications etc.

The new ‘LOFIL’ range of SDW Machines are based on the concept of central extrusion modules, which are combined with different roller (godets) modules, to allow the production of different Polypropylene yarn types such as FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) - MT (Medium Tenacity) and HT (High Tenacity).

FLEXIBILITY
The unique machine concept allows for unparalleled machine flexibility. The configuration of the machines can now be changed quickly and easily, simply by changing the roller modules. The customers can change the product according to the market needs.

PERFORMANCE
The ‘LOFIL’ range is designed for winding speeds upto 3600 m/min and for denier range from 100 to 2800. The same machine can produce fine/coarser deniers with low uster values and high tenacity. Production of yarns with different cross-sections is possible.
