CTS group managed by qualified technical staff with long accumulated experience in engineering and technology disciplines are networked through specialized enterprise resource planning tools to deliver prompt & efficient onsite & offsite technical support to customers. The technical support group gets engaged with the customers as soon as project is awarded to provide assistance to ensure readiness of the customer site for timely erection & commissioning of the machinery. Major customer complaints are recorded and monitored for disposal at closely monitored time frame and are supervised by senior management staff reporting to the Board of Directors.
The warranty claims received from customer are recorded, investigated and corrective measures are taken to ensure that downtime at customers site is minimized. All the major markets have locally placed serviced technicians available to customers for advice and trouble shooting.
