Hemmomatic

A high-speed conversion line for producing top-hemmed, bottom-stitched pillow bags from tubular PP/HDPE woven fabric rolls. It is a ideal solution for preventing tape fraying in uncoated fabrics while ensuring a clean, durable finish. The integrated process includes cross-cutting, bottom folding and sewing, top hemming, and stacking. The machine is also capable to operate in BCS mode to produce bags for a wide range of applications, including rice, flour, chemicals, fertilizers, pulses, pet food, and building materials.
